Shipping & Returns

* We are happy to ship anywhere accepting packages from the US. Please check this page of USPS service alerts to be sure we can ship to you.

* If you place multiple orders during the same update, we will combine them and refund excess shipping, if possible. The USPS is a lot more strict now than in the past about package size, so we sometimes can't combine orders and may even have to split orders (at no extra cost to you) to keep shipping costs down. Shipping charges for each item are listed on the product page and total shipping charges are figured in the shopping cart. 

* Most US orders of fiber and yarn are shipped USPS Priority with tracking and delivery confirmation. Orders go out in one to two business days, so you'll have your items in your hands in no time! We'll send an email with a USPS tracking number so you can keep track of your package. 

* Some smaller US orders are shipped First Class Mail and any excess shipping will be refunded.

* We ship to Canada via USPS First Class Package International Service. Orders ship in one to two business days and take 5-7 business days to arrive. Shipments to Canada can now be tracked. 

* If you live outside the US/Canada, your order will ship via USPS First Class Package International Service.  Orders can take 2 weeks to arrive and while most can't be tracked at this time, USPS will be adding countries that can be tracked soon. 

* We cannot be responsible for lost intl. orders. We are happy to ship items outside the US by Express or Registered Mail, which will allow your package to be tracked. This is considerably more expensive, however. If you'd like to insure your international order, please email us to place the order and we will figure exact shipping cost for you.
